“Diastatic malt powder was a revelation to me from a baking perspective; I use it in all my bread making now instead of sugar or honey. Bakery Bits sells this cheaply (during lockdown people have been price gouging so much on sought-after stuff for baking) and it's great. No complaints whatsoever.”
