“For some reason, there appears to be only one source of Malted Wheat Flakes in the entire USA, and as such that company is ready to exploit the poor Brit expat community that want to achieve that taste of the Old Country with a nice bit of Granary bread. “My Malted Wheat Flakes are a necessary ingredient in a rustic whole grain bread loved by our family. I was happy to find a new source for them as they are hard to come by in the US. The only reason I can’t give them a higher star rating is that the cost of shipping was so high. This is not the fault of Bakery Bits, but it means I probably can’t order them very often. The flakes though are very high quality and have a great flavor.”
