“I use these both in bread recipes and also as topping. I don't notice great malty flavour, but do enjoy the crunch and their effect on bread quality.”
“I second the motion of the previous review: much better than King Arthur Flour in the US. KAF used to sell a quality product, but now what they offer is like oatmeal--no aroma and no flavor. Received the Bakery Bits order in just a couple of days! Didn't think that was possible, but it was with just standard shipping cost. The BB wheat flakes made a world of difference in terms of flavor and aroma in my bread machine granary-style bread. (KAF says they are revisiting their product after my review on their website.)”
