Should be a whole lot safer than the razor blade my husband has been using for a while!

Great service and you get exactly what you order. The descriptions on the website are accurate, and the website itself is full of interesting information

The blade is convenient and easy to use/ replace when the old blade gets blunt. I bought the bordelaise a while ago and tried to use it everytime I baked my sourdough, but not everytime the cuts were nicely executed. I have to work out how to do the cutting nicely. The reason may be the existing blade is blunt. I hope with the new blades, I will be able to make cuts better.

These blades were despatched promptly and have exceeded expectations. They are razor sharp in contrast to some other razor blades I have used and the corners of the blades are numbered 1 - 4 so you can maximise their use.

And what a difference too. I used a fine filleting knife till now and didnt imagine that slashing sour dough would be so much better with the proper blade. Thank you for your advice over buying a quite minor item, and for suggesting I watch the video.
