“I used this flour 50/50 with Bacheldre stoneground white flour, and of course my sourdough starter (4years old). I expected the rise to be slower than using commercial bread flours (normally I use 50/50 strong white Canadian, and strong wholemeal flours). I was pleasantly surprised to find the rise was quicker, and the texture and flavour was amazing!”
