Perfect for my needs, works brilliantly giving clean deep cuts into my leaves pre baking. Wish I obtained one much sooner - definitely seen improvement in the rise and now obtain that lovely 'ridge' on my sourdough!

It has been effective on the loaves. It would help if there were explanations about significance of numbers on blade corners.

Brilliant at slashing the dough. Be careful as obviously very sharp but I cut my finger taking the guard off first time. Won’t do that again in a hurry!!

Maybe its the consistency of my dough, but this lame is no better than using a sharp knife for me.

I was fed up with my cheaper lame tasting and the blade coming out to the holder. This one is fantastic - firm and clean cuts. highly recommended
