A little disappointed. It does not readily cut the dough although that could be me. However, the picture shows a milled edge on the blade. The one you sent either does not or is too small to see.I will now look at using a razor blade. Regards

Have only tried it twice, and the reason why I don't give it 5 stars is that it was more difficult than expected to score the breads. Probably more due to my inexperience than to the knife.

I ordered the same item multiple times by mistake but received an email straight away questioning if I had meant to do it. They sorted it quickly and efficiently and I only paid for the one order. Item received very quickly and I would use them again.

I bought 2x LamedS. One for my own use and the other as a present for a friend. What can I say? They appear to do what they are supposed to, being a razor blade attached to a handle, basically. They aren't of amazing quality of build, but they are perfectly adequate and, for the price, are all I need. Delivery was very quick and I recommend Bakery Bits as a supplier of equipment. I will definitely be using your services again, thank you!

I made an error in the delivery address (having somehow merged my daughter's address with mine) Customer services spotted that there was a mistake in the postcode too. Very impressed with speed and courtesy.
