“This certainly is an entry level product. Was given it as part of a pack accompanying a sourdough baking course. It's coarse and blunt (certainly not 'razor sharp'as the description claims) and as it's not actually a blade but just a piece of metal it can't be sharpened. I now use a kitchen knife or a real razor blade instead”
