“Peel is very well made. Sturdy construction and looks like it will last the test of time. Used for home made pizzas last week and worked well. Not much more I can say.”
“It’s perfect for a domestic oven. I’ve found a place for it in a full sized kitchen cupboard (without shelves). I’ve used it for baguettes and pizza. Still getting my technique perfected but I’m sure that will not be a problem.”
