“Efficient and helpful staff. From APH check-in to arriving at Terminal 2 took about 30mins. It was 45mins on return but landed at 5pm and traffic very, very busy. I've used APH many times and this eliminates trying to drive around the Airport oneself which would be very challenging and stressful. Paid £133 for 11 days which included an additional £10 for indoor parking.”

“Normally I would give 5* but unfortunately on this return journey I was left disappointed with the service of the driver. My husband uses a walking stick and I am 70 years old next year. We usually get help with the suitcases but on this occasion the driver didn't offer assistance even though the website shows they should. Maybe I should have asked, but I felt under pressure to hurry up as others were waiting.”
