“Usually good but on this occasion a very inconsiderate driver on trip to airport. Did not help with luggage and set off sharply while still not seated causing us to stumble. Did the same at first stop causing a lady to almost fall.
Return pickup was fine, very helpful and friendly driver.”

“Used APH many times when flying out from Manchester. Booked for indoor parking and directly so secured a keen price and always nice to know the car is under cover for a couple of weeks in February to March! Efficient check in and a prompt bus ferry service to the terminal. The new collection point (H) when we got back had 'moved' from where it used to be, so confused us at first, but now being just outside the terminal building means no longer an exposed walk around the corner, which is much better. We only had a short 10 minute wait for the next bus and we were the only couple on it, it was nice that the driver got out and helped load my wife's case, which isn't always an expected, so full credit to the driver for doing so, thanks. We hit the rush hour so a slightly longer journey back to the compound but not an issue really and the usual swift check out. Before, you just needed to drive out and the gate would ANPR auto lift but now you need to input an allocated ticket code, which seems a step back, but hey-ho!? Will be using APH next time for sure and would highly recommend.”
“have used APH over several years ,all good.this time however though no fault of our own our flight was cancelled due to presidents Trumps attack on Iran!! all flights with Qatar airways were suspended..with all the apprehension and organising getting back to UK,cancelling hospital,garage ,family etc..i was disapointed that there was no good will or extention given by you to our parking overstay..only corespondence was a on line message that you would allow a family member to collect our vehicle asap to avoid excess parking charges ..this resutled in a round trip of 5 hours and a few hundred miles trip taken in this case by my daughter and her partner to your manchester depot.. we are still stranded awaiting middle east airspace to be opened..this is an unprecidented act and any understaning from a UK company would have been appreciated ..”
