“Been using APH for 25+ yrs and usually been great however on this occasion I paid as usual for undercover parking but when we came to collect the car it was outside parked in row 4 in the pouring rain we were not impressed! I usually get a little discount by using milliary discount service and I think they must have thought I'd paid for outside parking. On top of this someone who had previously been in the car had turned our car heating way up to 26 degrees and had turned on our heated drivers seat , they had no right to do this so again not very impressed. I will continue to use them but next time I will remind them of this incident. By the way the heater and heated seat had not been put on for our return as drivers know these go off when the keys are removed. APH please do not mess with my car settings again.”
