“The drop off and pick up was easy and the staff were friendly, the transfer was also simple and swift (although on our way back, the driver pulled up and drove off as we were still walking up to the bus stop, they didn't hang around! So we had to wait another 20 mins for another bus). My only issue was that I paid to have the car parked indoors, which I thought meant it would be inside a building, but it was actually parked under a canopy and ended up with bird poo all over the back of it, so I was a bit miffed about that to be honest. Other than that I was happy with the service and would use again, but I wouldn't pay for indoor parking again!”

“I paid for indoor parking and the car was full of bird muck and had obviously been left outside . Car been washed and all the acid stains need to be polished away . Also noticed damage to rear bumper which wasn't there when we left it . Just check my account to see how many times we have used you .NEVER AGAIN .”
