“We have used aph several times and it’s easy and well organised and the staff are lovely. The only negative is we recently opted to pay more for indoor parking and the car came out dirty and dusty and with bird poo, whereas used it two week prior outdoors and it was actually cleaner then on collection. Would not go for indoor parking again”
“Everything went smoothly and the company shows a clear professional set up. Although I would say that on our collection at the Airport on our return. I was disappointed to see women carrying young babies struggling to lift their suitcases onto the bus and having to lift them onto the racking system. The same I saw with elderly people struggling. This whilst the driver sat in his seat disinterested. It was the same when we arrived back at the APH depot. The driver got off the bus immediately letting passengers assist other passengers to get their luggage off the bus. I guess it’s not in the drivers job description to help with passengers luggage. First time I’ve seen this happen.”
