“No tv asked for an early morning wake up call which never happened. Fault with key card. And was going to charge for parking which was already included. Would not stay again.”
“This hotel has everything we need with one exception. We have stayed three times this year and each time NO EARLY WAKE UP CALL HAS BEEN GIVEN although booked. Once left us struggling to get to the airport on time but the other two we managed to wake up without the call. This could have serious consequences for airport travelers and needs to be addressed. Otherwise, as regular users of Best Westerns in UK and USA this hotel comes up to their standards.”
