“Although the hotel is adequate, they did not have a room immediately available for us when we arrived around 9.30 am after a long overnight trip from Cuba, which is what we had requested in two telephone conversations prior to our holiday, and when we checked out after a night's stay before our trip to Cuba. This was essential to us and we feel very let down by the management and reception staff at this hotel. We would not stay there again after being let down so badly. We were given a room but had to wait for an hour before it was available.”
