“I booked as a package with airport parking for only £18 extra on top of the cost of the parking alone. Only a 10 minute drive from the airport parking and the room was comfortable and clean.”

“We stayed here prior to our flight at Manchester Airport and the reception team were fantastic on checking us in with great customers service. However, we did ask for a wake up call for 2.30am that never happened but luckily I set my mobile phone alarm to wake us up. When I mentioned this on checking out at 3am the night reception just shrugged his shoulders.”

Requested morning call wake up call, as the 24 hour reception desk was a major factor of booking with Best Western, and NEVER RECEIVED call!!
Broken toilet as the screws were coming away from the flooring, and therefore moving every time you wished to use it.
Breakfast was expensive for what it was.
Apart from that, it was okay.”
