“We had booked a twin room but on checking in went up to a room which was a double. Going back down to reception we were told no twins were available. The receptionist didn't take my word for it and asked to see booking proof of it being a twin. Ended up with a double room with one of us on a sofa bed which we made up ourselves. Not great service”
“We only stayed due to flying from Manchester early morning. Room was clean, and slept well, although we were up very early. Perfect hotel for pre flight as only 15 mins from the airport and we had this as a deal with APH parking”
“They didn’t have our booking when we arrived. Then when they found it they wanted to charge me again for the 2nd room I’d booked and paid for. The bed in the room was rock hard too. I didn’t sleep at all”
“Very dated but for an overnight before a flight to Manchester i cannot fault it. Location spot on too aa close to bars and restaurants and just 15 mins to APH the next day. I would stay again.”
