“Great at drop off and all staff very friendly. Only complaint was that we specified we had a blue badge (this wasn’t left in the car as we used it on our holiday) on returning our car was parked at the very far end of the car park - not only that but we couldn’t decipher at first what was written on the tag and couldn’t find the car for around 10 minutes - there were no staff anywhere to ask for assistance.”
“Left the car there for 2 weeks when flying from T2. Although there's a courtesy shuttle bus we walked. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If flying from T1 or 3 the location is ideal and, as we found, it's fine for T2 too.
Was cheaper for 2 weeks here than i was recently quoted for 4 or 5 days at Newcastle so excellent value.
Will use again. Highly recommended.”
