“Having used this service many times I was Disgusted and appalled on my arrival Tuesday evening, someone had opened my convertible roof, how do i know i hear well in the boot is a device that is deployed to house the roof when down this only activates when the roof is operated that was in the down position. Why had someone opened my roof. Playing with customers cars is unacceptable.
Also, to my wife’s disscuse a young operative who was working the car park area was smoking something that was not tobacco!!!!!!!

“It was our first time Drop&Go. Everything was smooth and there are instructions everywhere on what to do next. It is very easy and convenient. Buses to and from the terminal are easy and always travelling.

“Very efficient service. Easy to find, always staff on hand to help. My only complaint was that the car was clean when we arrived but filthy when we collected it. I don't know where the vehicle was parked but can only assume it was open to the elements as it was there for five weeks. We have been using this service and valet parking since it was first introduced, and although the procedures have changed and more technology is used it is a very efficient service and we do feel reassured when leaving the car.”
