“Man was very helpful when we couldn’t find our receipt for keys locked. However the details on keys said red row 8 and we were in red row 1 which didn’t help us find our car after our long plane journey!!”
“Only thing I would say is that we landed back at T2 and the signage to get from there was very vague but other that that it was a dream. Dropped car off left keys at drop off point walked to T3”
“The process was smooth, the only hiccup occurred when we arrived home from our holiday. Three different employees gave us three different instructions as to where the key locker was located. It was apparent that this was because drop/go is relatively new. Other than that - all good.”
