“We returned to our vehicle on Saturday lunchtime to find your driver had left the lights on all week, resulting in a flat battery. We have had to replace because the cells have completely been depleted, this cost us over£100. I called the number on the email which doesn't allow you to speak to a person, I emailed on Saturday afternoon to discuss this and explore compensation and I have heard nothing back. “Terrible from start to finish! No sign posts no signs at all shocking! Them on way home got onto bus that said drop and go after looking all over multi storey as it never said get on bus! Them was driven 20 minutes away and told to stand in a dark car park with a 5 year old and wait for next bus at 3am as he hadn’t changed front of bus and wasn’t drop and go! Won’t ever use again”
