“We had a great experience with drop and go. I unfortuately made a mistake when booking with the Tribe hotel for a night stay and a weeks parking. I put the return date of the 17th but with the Las Vegas hours we actually returned on the 18th. My wife realised my error straight away, however I had already paid. I had issues of amending the date as purchased the deal through a third party. When returning to collect my car we had incurred a daily charge of about £70. The staff member I spoke too was very understanding and waivered the fee. Thank you so much.”
“Used many times with no problems, very friendly, helpful staff...only little niggle is when you pull up to the lanes where you leave your car to be taken away and parked, these lanes are a bit narrow so you have to hope that the car that pulls up next you are careful opening their doors.”
“Easy process on entry and fairly convenient to terminal 2 using the free shuttle. Coming back the shuttle did seem to take a while returning to where our keys were to be collected. So if you don`t mind the 10 minute shuttle journey the overall experience was very good and we would certainly use it again.”

“Dropping the car off was so easy, the price was excellent. Coming back wasn't easy at all, very unclear instructions - we were walking around for over half an hour, ringing for assistance, asking people, before finding the key collection point.... wasted so much time which was very frustrating after being up since 3am and still with a 3 hour car journey ahead, very tired, just wanted to find the car and be on our way! Think much clearer instructions and signage are needed when landing at T3.
