“It works very well - the only issue is on arrival where they put you in to lanes - is it really necessary to have you park right up to the car in front of you that has just pulled up too - this makes it nearly impossible for people to get their cases out of their cars and also risks damage to the car behind you with the lack of space allowed. I mentioned this to the car park operative lining the cars up - he just laughed. The elderly couple in front of us had to be given assistance by us to get their case through the tight space. Hence only 4 stars.”
