“Competitively priced, easy to book and received NHS staff discount. The process of check in and parking was very easy and clear. Staff were available and helpful and there were direction signs everywhere. Bus transfer to the terminal was easy and frequent and bus driver was very helpful. Same thing on the way back when we collected our car. We felt safe a long the way. I am happy to use this service again.”
“I have used this service several times before. However, this time I was very concerned to find my car to be unlocked when I returned to collect it. I have contacted the Manchester airport about this but have not received any response.”

“Used before and had a great experience but unfortunately wasn’t the case this time. Got my car back and all the settings had been changed and I mean all! The lights, window wipers, lumbar support, my air freshener had been taken down, arm rest, heat settings and all the radio stations had been changed. I understand moving the seat and mirrors but the rest was unnecessary.”
