“Was relatively easy to find the location and drop my car off and staff were very helpful. Wasn't waiting for the shuttle bus to and from terminal 2. My only slight concern was when I got back to my car in the collection car park my headlights had been left on, I'm guessing it had only been a short time as luckily the battery was fine. Other than that I would use again.”

“Easy to use, we stayed across the road in the Crown Plaza Hotel, we dropped our cases at the hotel, then I drove 2 mins to the Drop and Go. We got back and got the shuttle back to the D & G. Scanned our ticket, then followed the map to where our car was parked. Very straightforward. Would definitely use again. Only slight quibble would be better if there were trolleys available at the bus drop-off point, as my partner was on a mobility scooter and we had two cases and two bags to drag to the purple area to get the car.”
