“The car parking and collection all good bus service Ok The problem was finding the car park in the first place as no road sign posts unlike other car parks !!! very exasperating”

“Easy drop off/pick up situation and a good price, I usually always use this option. However, now that everything is basically departing from terminal 2, those buses need to be running more often. Also, I understand that the car seat needs to move for the staff driver, but it seems they are always 4ft tall and it's impossible to literally get into the car upon return without awkwardly leaning in through the door making sure not to hit the car beside.”
“Extremely easy to use service. We always use this parking when we go to Manchester airport. The staff are very helpful when you check in helping you enter your details on the check in screens.”
“Drop off was really easy, pick up was slighty annoying as the car battery was flat. However help arrived within 10 minutes. The alarm had been going accordingly to the mechanic which can happen.”
“Very easy to use and staff at check in were very helpful. Our flight was diverted to Liverpool so arrived late for pick up. Phoned carpark staff, very reassuring that it wasn’t a problem. I didn’t know that if delay was not our fault there is quite a long window for collection. Up to 6hours for flight delay . Great service and fairly priced.”
