“The signage should be clearer. D &G on a black background looks like signage intended for HGVs so this was confusing and we had to ask. Made sense once we knew! It would also have been a nicer experience if our car wasn’t parked at the very far end of the car park when returning home.”

Followed the directions and found the car park easily
You pull up at the barrier and your number plate is recognised ( tip look at the big tv screen not the one on the machine )
Parked up and unloaded and handed our keys over to a friendly chap who checked our booking and gave us a receipt ( you need this when you return so put it somewhere safe !!)
The coach was waiting for us the trip to T2 was really quick
We were able to drop our cases off using the overnight bag drop and then a quick walk to the ibis hotel
On the way back we found the coach easily it’s literally outside the terminal
You are dropped off at the carpark
You scan the receipt and a little door opens
With your key and tells you where your car is
We were in the car and on our way home in no time
I would definitely use again”
