“Easy to use. Helpful staff. The key collection instructions say to follow signs inside the terminal for "Drop and Go", but there aren't any signs for it in T1. Called the office instead and they gave great directions.”

“I was slightly sceptical of the Drop & Go before our holiday. Now, I have to eat humble pie and say it’s a real game changer. Staff on site were polite and helpful and the process was simplistic. Just make sure you don’t lose the receipt as I imagine it could cause you a whole world of pain especially if your flight lands in the early hours, as there’s no staff to assist you.”
