“Arrived ok when inputting info the man took our paperwork and did it for us, on return it said we had underpaid which we hadn’t, called using the phone available the man said I was correct he could see I had paid for the correct length of time and said it would release the key it wouldn’t he then had to come down and couldn’t open the box with key in, then went to get a master key to open the whole thing up to get our key out, the whole thing delayed us by 45 minutes so in all was not impressed”
