“Great booking and entry process, on arrival very helpful staff and clear guidance. Short walk to terminal 2 from parking area which was all under cover. On return it was hard to find the key collection area. Would suggest some better signage on the ground floor arrivals to the 3rd floor collection point or even on the 3rd floor a sign somewhere !!. No staff were around and there was no obvious number to ring other than on booking info ( so keep that handy). It rather spoilt the great system for drop and go. When we eventually found the key collection box we had no issues, car parked clearly, in the correct place and no damage.”
“By far my favourite car park at Manchester airport, so easy to use, no searching for a space and hey presto you just go find the location on return. Really quick, no waiting in a queue to hand in keys or pick up (but someone is on hand to help if you need it checking in)”
