“When i booked in i told the gentleman who came over to us i was a blue badge holder yet he never ticked yes when booking my car in, said would sort it later.
Came to collect my car today and had lots of issues.
1. The ticket we havw to scan says collection A, i got out of the lift and went forward and scanned my ticket at the first scanner (which i found out was wrong) it is NOT clear that there are more scanners on the other side of the divider. I had to go up to reception where they advised i needed to search for the scanner A on the other side (PUT SIGNS UP TELLING PEOPLE THERE ARE MORE) Collection A is not a clear understandable instruction)
I went back down to find scanner A, hiding round the back, scanned my ticket and it said locker 192 but did not open it.... BACK UP TO RECEPTION to be told oh yeah, there is a problem with the A section.... Someone had to come down, open the whole machine and get my key from the inside.
Then i found my car was parked in Yellow.... The furthest section from the reception and NOT IN THE DISABLED AREA. I am very unhappy with your service.
The only good thing that happened was Phill with an F the bus driver, carried cases on/off bus.”
