“Given the time and extra admin in dropping keys off and collecting them again, there is no nett advantage to simply parking the car old school and returning straight to it, when comparing equally distant car parks. I'm not going to bother with D&G again.”

“Some of the on-airport directions and instructions that were emailed were misleading and out of date both for parking and return pick-up. Apart from these frustrating mistakes the system works very well and I suppose if you've done it once then it will be easy. The on-airport signs for Drop & Go are simply "D&G" and a small white sign. Once you've locked onto them it's easy”
“The whole process was seamless; apart from my directional skills around the numerous roundabouts in the airport. Once in the car park, the scanners registered your vehicle and you go straight up to the drop of lanes. The staff member assisted in booking in my keys and was super friendly. The shuttle bus then takes you straight to T1 departures. On your return, we got the shuttle back but honestly it'd be quicker to walk to the car park because the bus goes via T2. After scanning the receipt, my keys popped out of with a tag describing it's location which was super easy to locate following the map. I booked the onsite car park following all the horror stories about drop-off off site parking, and I was incredibly impressed with Drop & Go! It was lovely to return to my car without any fuel missing and no adjustments to the seat making making the journey home much less stressful.”
