“So seamless & efficient, called them when 20 minutes away, they were where they said they’d be to meet us. On arrival called when we collected our baggage & we met at the meeting point. Car had been washed & looked after & away we went. Will be using again 100%”
“We use VIP M&G all the time, but they have changed their T1 meeting point when collecting your car. Previously it was by the multi storey car park where there was some shelter. It’s now in the open and luckily it wasn’t raining as we had a ten minute wait.”
“1st time using and the last. Usually use meet and greet where we drop our car keys at a office but tried this 'VIP' service. Im not sure whay is VIP about it. Rude staff (whoever answers duty phone), have a very short period timescale to drop car off. Upon return waited 20 minutes for car to be brought to us. It clearly says on instructions to ring duty number when you have all your cases so I did this and then he says ring me back when your through 'nothing to declare' this is not stated on paperwork. Walked 5 min to wait for car and then a further 20 minutes for car to be brought. Oh and a £6 chargw to get out of the barrier!! Will use meet and greet next time. I would not recommend using this service.”
