“Your operative tried to charge me £10 extra because I collected the car after midnight. My flight was delayed by 3 hours however, I had booked pick up my car 30 minutes after midnight. I had to show him my booking email to make him believe me. He then said OK we will waive the charge when there shouldn't have been any charge. Like he was doing me a favour. How can he be unaware of my arrival time? I was also having problems locating the pick up point. My phone battery had died due to delays. I had to go to the info point in arrivals .to get some charge on my phone. I called the number, the guy explained where the pick up point was but I was on another floor at that time. I tried explaining but the guy didn't want to listen and just raised his voice repeating the same instructions. Eventually I found my own way. It was very poor customer service.”
“Drivers are great, friendly and polite
Car was exactly how I left it.
Make sure you are aware you have to pay the driver on the way in so he can pay the toll to get the car out.
Then you have to pay again on collection to get the car out of the toll.
Collecting your car can be confusing, as instructions were vague on where to meet the driver.
This should be made clearer when booking, I will definitely use this service again.”
“Very good service, both drivers were lovely people. Only thing I’d say is maybe send a text the night before about bringing money for the drop off, wasn’t very clear. Apart from that will be using you again!”
“Outbound was fine, but the return was terrible. We were told to phone on landing. We did but were greeted by GED who was very sarcastic and unhelpful. We did not know where to go. We were delayed and tired this is not the way to be treated and the pick up point was far away not the VIP service we were expecting. We have been put off using this service in the future”
