“Started off well on the 12 December; car collected, the fee paid to representative (£5 cash) for drop off payment which he clipped to his board, paperwork completed, car checked and drove off. No further information provided. The return collection on the 15 December went very well; trouble free. Representative gave info for paying the drop off fee which was paid promptly on our return home. However, on the 22 December and to my dismay, we have received a letter with a parking charge fine from APCOA Parking with a £60 fine for non payment of the fee in the pick up drop off zone forecourt T2!! Entry time 1853 exit time 1857 on the 11 December! We paid the VIP Representative as stated in your email instructions and information!! So now we have the inconvenience of having to appeal the fine to APCOA Parking which is not of our making. If the appeal is not upheld the fine will have to paid!!
