“Used this service for the first time for a work trip to Barcelona, fair to say I will definately be using this service again (I have a pleaasure trip booked to Milan in a few weeks, so I will be booking again soon!).
First thing I would say is that the staff are all really friendly and helpful and put me at ease straight away. For instance, I had missed the instruction that I needed to give the collection driver £5 so that he can get back out of the drop off area, but it wasn't a problem, he told me I could pay on my return (there is a cash machine in the arrivals area!).
As soon as you clear passport control when arriving back at Manchester, I just phoned them on the number supplied and they sent my car back to the airport. Everything was really easy and I was quickly on my way back home - Happy days!”
