“Directions to the drop off point were unclear and the need to telephone ahead looks to relate to terminal 3 rather than terminal 2, if it is all terminals then it needs to be included in each terminal instructions.
The need to settle the £5 charge for access to the drop off area was not clear and in my view should be included in the price.

“We arrived home to find our car tyre & alloy with significant damage which was not there at the point of drop off. I was given an email address to contact & have followed up with a call to the company but have not had any acknowledgment. I also emailed APH who the booking was made through & was just told to email the company who I had already contacted. Really poor customer service & would not recommend.”

“Absolutely awful experience. The instructions were not clear on what was needed to drop off the car. The price of the service on the APH website does not say that there are additional drop off charges that need to be paid to the driver when you drop your car off and you also need to pay a drop off charge when you return. The driver who met us requested £6 to get out of the drop off point despite it only being a £5 charge. The dash cam was disconnected when I got my car back. They did this without authority from me to disconnect it.
I will definitely not be using this service again and will advise anyone I know not to use them also.”
