“Just saved time, and was so easy and stress free. One phone call on arrival back at the airport, and pick up was there within ten minutes, ready to load our bags and drive home.

Only downside, it wasn't mentioned on the Website on the extra £6 each way for leaving ypur car and leaving the carpark , additional £12 on top of what I paid.”
“I was told at drop off that there is an additional £5 to pay which was not in the advertised cost. I was also then told upon collecting my car that I have to pay £6 to exit the car park.

“Make sure you budget for the £11 surcharge that isn’t priced in when dropping/collecting from Manchester. Either APH need to add this into the api or the meet and greet service need to meet it. Having to pay cash on departure and return is not helpful in 2024. Would have been cheaper to book with Manchester airport direct”
“I was told where to meet the driver who when i arrived was not there. Following numerous phone calls found he had been delayed with another customer. The driver then asked me to meet at another car park which i drove to but had to pay £25 charge for the waiting time at the first location. The driver informed me he woruld sort the charge and i would get a refund. VIP Meet & Greet have now said this is a airport issue and not VIP. Terrible service and wont be using again”
“Helped us out with moving the dates after our flight was changed, did have to pay £6 to get out the carpark which I thought should have been included in the cost? Also you need £5 cash for them, not exactly sure what that was for.”
