“I actually booked this in error thinking that I had booked the meet and greet that I usually use at Manchester airport
Wasn’t happy with having to pay to get out the car park on return and having to pay the guy to get out on arrival I believe there is a vague mention in the T&Cs that there could be car park charges but it’s not obvious plus the price paid should be the price full stop.

“It wasn’t clear on the booking that we had to pay the driver £6 cash on arrival. In the very small print it mentioned having to pay the drop off fee but didn’t mention you needed cash. This meant the booking was £12 more than we thought. It also didn’t feel very ‘VIP’ being asked to circle the mini island outside the drop area while waiting for the driver to arrive then having to wait 30 minutes for the car on collection, it would have been quicker and cheaper to park in another car park”
“Had to pay £5 for the car to leave the airport, on return it wasn’t a meet and greet outside arrivals we had to go to the multi story car park with our luggage, pushchair and kids waiting for an elevator to get to the correct floor and then pay £6 to leave the airport!
Not a “meet and greet” as described and additional costs were not highlighted on booking. Will not use again.”
