“You would think if you book VIP meet and greet it would be a VIP experience. However, having to pay extra to be able to drop off and pick up is not a VIP experience as far as I'm concerned.
I will go back to using the normal meet and greet from now on”

“On arrival we were asked to pay £5 cash for the man to get our car out of the car park, this was not mentioned on the booking confirmation and therefore we did not have £5 cash with us as we were heading to Greece. The man was extremely unhelpful and just kept saying we had to pay it as it was on his paper work. I showed him the confirmation email to which he agreed it was not stipulated. He eventually took the car saying we would have to pay it on the way back. When we arrived back, straight away the man on the phone mentioned the £5..again we still did not have the cash and were not happy pay it as we had paid £136 for the parking. We were then met by a very nice lady who announced not only did we owe that £5 but also another £6.20 to get out the car park. She did inform us that we could have paid bank transfer for the initial £5 but the man had been very clear he wanted cash. We paid the £6.20 to get out the car park. However had we had know it was an additional £11.20 on top of what we had already paid for the car park we would have chosen a different car park . We will not be using this "VIP" meet and greet again”
“A very simple, straightforward process. Drop off and collection close to the terminal and very convenient. The gentleman who delivered the vehicle back to us, was very friendly. There needs to be more clarity between 3rd party booking agent and APH with regards to car park city fees. It states there may be a charge. No figure was given and we were not carrying cash to give to the driver.”
