Disappointed that my paperwork said nothing of needing to pay additional fees for my car to be taken from the airport. I was asked for £5 cash, but only had a £10 note. I did not receive any change or refund on my return. Also disappointed that on my return I was told I was not expected until the afternoon, when the only reason I had booked this service was because we landed at 02:00. This was clear on my booking. Overall not the experience I was expecting or felt I had paid for. This said, the service was otherwise quick and efficient.

Really easy to sort. There were slight details in the flight then issues with baggage delays. Communication really good via Whatsapp. Taxi really spacious and comfortable. 100% recommend.

Cost us an extra 12 pounds. No mention that they would drop the car off in a blue badge disabled car park for us then to have to pay the 6.2 pounds to get out. All in all just took too long, and more complicated than it feels it should be. Pay the extra 10 pounds and just get the real meet and greet. It's what we'll be doing from now on. Tried it once, it failed. Won't do it again.

It was pretty straightforward and convenient dropping the car off at the dedicated zone in Terminal 2 departure area.However I was not given a receipt with my vehicle details on nor was I made aware that there wasa £5.00 drop off fee required.Upon return I was told to go to the Multistorey west car park to pick up my car but was told I would have to wait 15 or 20 minutes as the staff were busy.When i eventually collected my car I was told there was a car park exit fee of £6.20 required.The operative said that this was stipulated on the booking form but all it says on the booking form is that drop off fees are not included and customers are liable for this charge.The booking should specifically say what these fees are and they should be included on the booking form.Saying just only that fees are due is too vague.in the end the price of booking was not much cheaper than the Terminal 2 East Multi Storey car park which I usually use. I would be grateful to a reply to my critisisms via email.

Overall great experience except that there was no mention of extra charges at drop off and pick up. These should be emphasized prior to booking.
