“First time I had used VIP Meet and Greet. Everything went like clockwork on outbound and on return. Drivers were there on both legs within a few minutes to collect and return my vehicle. I will use the service again.”

“Very good service other than the surprise charge in cash that we have to pay to enter and exit the car park. It wasn’t mentioned either prior to booking or on the booking info email and as most don’t really carry cash any more it adds an inconvenience to what should be a seamless service. Just add the charge to the overall booking fee and then it’s clear there are no hidden extras.”
“I missed the signs off the final roundabout and feel it could have better signage. I was then told extra payments were due that may have been in the small print but we had no English money with us. We had the same problem on the way back no money so managed a bank transfer but I would have preferred to have been advised of this prior to the journey and it will make me look for alternatives in the future.”
