Used APH at Manchester airport and the service has been great, very polite and really competitive price also we had to change cars last minute so updated info without issue and the arrival information changed half way through the holiday which again was updated via email with no problem. Pick was easy and staff really friendly and polite we will def use APH again.

Wouldn’t use anything else in future. Everything ran like clockwork. Although I would update the instructions for Manchester Airport to include the roundabout by Terminal 1 departure ramp as the first roundabout!

Admittedly I made a mistake at 4am, as I forgot to phone ahead 15minutes before the airport, but this service didn't appear to be what we signed up for. We were expecting the same excellent service that we received in March, when we dropped our car off, handed over the key, the car was parked in a multi storey, adjacent to the terminal. Upon our return the key was located in a locker with a code and directions where to find the car. No problem! This time (we hadn't phoned) and consequently were basically told off in a very abrupt manner. It was 4am and we have never used this service before! We had parked in Terminal 1 drop off( we knew we were flying from Terminal 1) as those are the first instructions on the directions issued. We had to pay to get out of there and move to a short stay car park, where after around 20 minutes someone came, wrote down the mileageand took away the car, after first extracting another £5 in cash from us ( presumably to pay to get out of that car park)? Upon our return, we followed instructions to phone once collected luggage. Was told again abruptly to phone again once through nothing to declare. I did this and was shouted at which terminal? Took a while for me to locate sign, as it was behind me for Terminal 1- person was very impatient! Followed instructions to meet at the disabled spaces past the meet and greet office. Therefore taking up a space meant for a disabled driver (which we are not)! Car was handed over there - by the mud on it, it had clearly been parked off site in a field somewhere. We had to pay again to get out of that car park. The machine didn't accept contactless and my husband had to move the car and get out to insert the card and read instructions as they were too high to be seen from sitting in the car - how would a disabled person manage? All in all, barely treated as a human being, let alone a VIP! I booked this with APH, but the receipt from the company was Day By Day Parking.com. We don't understand what happened to the service we recieved a few months ago - this was nowhere near the same standard. People don't appreciate being shouted at for no good reason -customer service appalling!

Met at the airport and was asked for £5 by the driver to pay for the drop off only had a £10 note and instead of leaving the £5 for us on our return that was pocketed! Had to wait for a good 15 mins to collect our car after making two phone calls and then had to pay £6.20 to get out!! Absolute rip off so on top of paying £90 + to park then I had to pay an extra £16.20 all customers should be aware of this - not lost on the small print ! Your drivers should have change or leave the change. Service not great .

It wasn’t made clear when booking that I would have to pay the entry and exit fee for the airport so I paid an additional £11.20. I have just checked my confirmation and can’t see where it states this.
