“We are not aware that we need to pay £6.40 to the airport parking and I am not sure why I need to pay £5 cash to the driver who got our car. I am not sure what is £5 cash for. I just paid it so we can go home with no hussle. No receipt given by the driver. Will not use again.”
“Followed written instructions but they weren’t clear so didn’t realise we had to phone 15 mins before entering drop off zone - wasn’t clear that you drop off have to pay that fee and do we had to go out and reenter so cost us £6.40 plus £5 plus £6.40 on return so an additional £17.80 - this was not made known at point of booking. Also, unclear where car was being parked. Handover was so fast to avoid additional
Dropping off fee. Prefer parking where they photograph car as you enter so no dispute as to condition if car. Wasn’t a problem on this occasion.shame as the process once we worked it out was actually good. Also when picked car up the changeover was in an area that said no stopping or £100 fine in operation. The girl who dropped it off said take no notice we do all our drop offs here so just hoping we don’t end up with a fine.”

“Great service. The whole process ran smoothly. I was aware that there were charges to pay on arrival outbound to the collecting diver and to exit car park on return, so no surprises. These charges need to be made more obvious at booking stage, but other than that, I was highly satisfied with the convenience of this service.”
“We used the VIP meet and great and used my husbands mobile as a sat nav. There were no visible signs showing where to go so we went into a short stay car park. The APH rep was friendly and we gave him the details for when we returned. He said that we would have to pay £6 to his colleague when we returned but didnt explain it. When we returned from holiday we walked to where we were told to go. There was nobody there so I phoned the contact phone number. The guy on the phone askee if we at the Spar shop. I said that nobody had said about a spar shop and the guy I had met when I droppee off the car said walk up the street. Aldo the guy on the phone said we owed £10 but didnt know why and asked if had come travelled on different dates than we said I said no. I argued saying we dont owe any money. He also said we didnt give any return flight details and I explained we gave the exact details to the guy who took my keys upon arrival and he knew the returning flight number. After waiting 15 minutes for my car I explained everything to the APH driver who said they must of added it to the wrong car. We had just travelled back from Sri Lanka which is why wanted VIP meet and greet for ease and quickness but it didnt turn out that way.”
