“Staff were friendly and the drop off was seamless. However, I had to wait 20 minutes from the time I called for the "greet" on return. Clearly that wiped out any advantage over using off site parking with short bus ride. I missed my meeting and had to take the afternoon off...”

“I paid for the VIP meet and greet service for a 4 day trip.
I Phoned the number provided when i arrived to be told I should of phoned 15 minutes before arrival and that if I stay in the drop off zone for longer then 15 minutes then I would recieve a £25 fine. I had to move my vehicle to a different area of the airport so not to be find. The meet and greet driver met me and took my vehicle. He handed me a scan code and informed me that I need to pay the £5 charge for the drop off zone within 24 hours otherwise i would recieve a fine. I did not know i would have to pay when I had already pre paid for the meet and greet service.
On my return I rang the number after I collected my cases and made my way to the express pick up zone. My vehicle arrived within 5 minutes of making the phone call. I checked my vehicle over. My dash cam had been unplugged so there was no dash cam footage since dropping my vehicle off. There was also a small dent on the nearside door that had a black mark. I pointed this out to the drop off driver and asked is there a pre check damage report from when I dropped the vehicle off. I was passed this and it shown no damage recorded when I dropped the vehicle off. The drop off driver said there is no evidence that the damage has been caused while stored at there car park.
Due to the fact I paid in advance for the service and then had to pay a further drop off fee and a pick up fee of £5 each time and the fact there was damage to the vehicle and that my dash cam had been unplugged then I will be avoiding this service at all costs in the future.”
