“Upon arrival we were informed we had to pay an extra £5, the representative had no change so ended up paying £10. Then on return had to wait round for 25 minutes before being told to walk to the drop and go area and waited further 10 minutes for our car and then having to pay £6.40 to get out of that carpark, paid just over £50 for the meet and greet online for 3 days and after leaving the Airport ended up being closer to £70. Would have been easier to use the drop and go service for cheaper. Won't be using meet and greet again, the representative when he eventually arrived said there had been lots of flights landing and they only had 2 members of staff on. Complete joke and waste of money.”
“Everything was very simple I was guided to my drop off point by a very cheerful person at 5:30am! On return again helped to the pick up point as not used Manchester before.
No waiting time what so ever and everyone was helpful and cheerful will definitely use again. Thank you.”
“This is a good service, and was cheaper than other parking options at the time. Delivering my car for someone else to park, then having it brought to me on my return was very helpful and saved me a lot of trawling around a car park looking for a space on arrival. The only downside was a wait of almost 10 minutes from my arrival to being met by the driver, despite calling ahead. But apart from this small hitch it was a very efficient and cost-effective service.”

“The drop off was very unimpressive. I called as per the instructions and was told to go to the airport but not to go into the drop off zone until they called. They didn't call and there is nowhere on an airport to pull over so I drove round the perimeter road for a visit then called again. Still told noonecavailable. On the third call I was told it could be half an hour! Found a Shell garage to wait in an eventually got the call.
Return was excellent.”
