“On a whole it was a very positive experience, good directions, staff were professional and friendly. A pretty seamless system.The only slight issue was that I was not told that I had to give an extra £5 cash for the member of staff to leave the drop off area when picking up the car.When I questioned it he said it should have been made clear in the website.”

The only thing I think should be mentioned when booking is that Manchester terminal 1 charges the company £5 to exit which you owe them and it cost us £6.50 to exit when we came back. This wasn't stated anywhere during the booking process which may have changed our mind upon booking.”
