“Very efficient service. However having to pay the driver to get the car out of the airport and also having to pay leaving wasnt made clear at time of booking. This cost should be included in the price or otherwise made obvious when purchasing the service.
Also the directions to Terminal 3 at Manchester are out of date..”
“VIP Meet & greet had no record of my booking as APH had not sent the information/email through to them so it was incredibly stressful when we rang & were told the car had not been booked in.
We were also not informed in the email that we needed to give £5 to the meet & greet person or pay £6.50 to get the car out of the car park on our return. All the information sent was incorrect in the email. But actually handing the car to the VIP meet & greet person & picking it up was fine. There was a delay in the car being brought to the airport on our return but it was not excessively long.”

“Drop off at Manchester T1 all went fine and pick up seemed to go well too until we turned car on and discovered one of the tyre pressures had dropped from 44psi to 16 but the guy dropping the car off decided not to mention this. The guy in the office was also not the least bit interested when we rang to advise. He says tyre pressure drops all the time when your car is standing for a week - it has never happened to us before but if it is so common, why don't VIP buy a pump and inflate the tyre before delivering the car back??!! Just glad we didn't arrive back in the middle of the night!”

“When departing, rang the number to meet 20 mins prior to arrival, no answer. On arrival rang the number again and I was in the wrong place despite following signs for meet and greet. Had to wait 20 mins for someone to meet me and then had to pay 5 pounds to them to get through the barrier which is not stated on any email. On arrival back to the u.k again me and my family had to wait 25 minutes for someone to meet me with my car. The car was filthy mud all over the tyres would not use again and would not recommend to anyone I'm so annoyed.”
“We didn’t realise we had to call when we arrived at the airport so we had already arrived when we called, they were quite rude on the phone and said they would ring us back to let us know when somebody could meet us there, nobody called, when we rang to chase it up as we were driving around near the airport, they said they were trying to get someone to come and meet us, after 30 mins we gave up as we would be late to check in so we booked the car park at Manchester airport, will never use them again and am looking for a refund”
