“Booking confirmation was sent through promptly. However on arriving at the airport the driver told us we had to pay an additional fee to get through the barrier on arrival and departure. This added on an extra £11.20. This was not advertised when booking. Also I had a call from the meet and greet a day before at 1am waking me up when in fact the booking was the day later. On arrival back in the uk, I was told for the extra day I would have to be an additional £10. Quite frankly, the service was disappointing and the worst airport parking I have ever used.”
“Drop off was great with the agent waiting and ready. When I arrived back in the country however, my vehicle was alerting as unlocked and unattended (not sure for how long). There was a slight delay to have the vehicle returned, but not too bad.”
“Very disappointed to find out that there are additional costs payable at the airport. The price quoted on the internet does not tell you that you have to pay the exit fees from the airport in cash to the driver in order to obtain your token. Would not book again as it all seemed dodgy.”
“The service was very good but at no point in the booking process of price does it mention you have to pay £5 cash to the driver for them to exit when you drop off and £6.50 for you to exit when you leave. As such the quote isn’t accurate and isn’t as cheap as it appears.”

Issue was, the driver floor, pedals and all up the side of the door was covered in mud.
I had to clean the mud off the inside of the door also. Very poor service to come back and have a brand new car woth mud inside the car.
It's like the car has been parked on mud.
I wont be using the sevice again. I will leave the car at the airport in future.”
“Poor service, they forget to mention you have to pay for both short stay arrival and departure for them to get out the car park, so payed an extra £5 and £6.20 on top, in addition the operative was extremely unhygienic and smelt terribly of tobacco as did my car when I got it back. Would not recommend this service at all”
“Booked last minute for Manchester airport. Followed the guidance on calling 15 mins before arrival. It turns out that if you book within 24 hours the booking doesn’t go through to AHP. A call back whilst driving requiring all the details. It felt quite dangerous. We didn’t know we needed to bring a fiver with us for the team to exit the drop off area. I’d have thought it would be included in the price. Arrival was simpler. I probably wouldn’t use again. It all felt a bit Ferris Buellers day off!! -watch the film!”
