Excellent communication, booking, collection on departure and pikup with no real issues. On the downside are some admin/process issues. Firstly, I had emailed the call centre advising of a different drop-off time to the one I originally requested, this was agreed and an email sent confirming. Unfortunately, this wasn't passed on to the crew doing the collections, so they were expecting me one and half hours earlier! Secondly, the additional airport drop-off fees (departure and arrival) which are additional costs are not clearly stated on booking or confirmation, Thirdly, based on expperience the takeover/handover of my vehicle was not sufficiently thorough. I know that there is a short window in which to effect this, but it is not acceptable for a high value car to not be checked for damage, mileage and fuel bioth at departure and arrival collection - to the satisfaction of both parties. This process will reinforce trust and improve sales/bookings. I've experienced this done properly in Spain, so I know it is possible!

Upon arrival i was met in allocated area. I was then asked for £5 for car park exit fee. I had no change and agreed with the driver that he would use my £10 note and place the remaining £5 in my vehicle for the return fee. When arriving back I collected my car to find the £5 change was not in the vehicle and with no explanation I can only assume someone within the company who had access to my vehicle stole it. I know it's only £5 but when your assured it will be there then it should be .

Disappointing VIP Meet & Greet Experience Our experience at Manchester Airport with the VIP Meet & Greet service was disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff member we phoned to announce our arrival was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Despite having called four times 20 minutes prior — each time met with an engaged tone — we were accused of not calling at all. I even showed the missed calls on my phone as proof. This unnecessary confrontation left a sour taste at the start of our holiday. I expected a smooth, hassle-free service, but unfortunately, it fell far short of that.

Easy to book online, good price, called as per instructions and both really friendly guys answered, my car was collected and parked and we were collected on our return. Excellent service, thanks.

It was a really easy service. But (and this could've been my mistake of not reading it anywhere) I had to pay £5 for my car to be taken from the arrival area of the airport and then when we returned we had to pay a further £6.20 to leave the car park. It really bumped up the cost of the car parking which wasn't cheapt to begin with. We also had to wait a while for the car to be given back to us on level 3 of the carpark. I've done just meet and greet and that was a much smoother experience.

+£10 that was not written ANYWHERE the £5 you give to the person that collects the car and extra £5 to exit when you collect your car. I mean its ok, but let me know in advance!
