I Always worry that the wait for the driver to pickup/drop-off the car would be too long. Every time I’ve used this service the driver was at the drop off before me for a very fast handover of keys and on the return trip the wait for m car was never more than 5 minutes

Brilliant stress free service - will definitely do this again. Staff are extremely helpful. Very refreshing to get such good service these days!

Absolutely fantastic service so easy and the guys are lovely and friendly and really helpful. We would definitely recommend using this service and will be using it every time we go on holiday, thank you

I have used APH several times & I am usually very happy with them! We didn't realise this time the amount we would have to pay £11.20 fees to get in & out of the car park. I think the amount should be made clear on the booking form with the actual cost provided Also the fob to our VW car was missing. I know it's only a small thing but with my car & kid's cars at home it helps to just quickly identify your own car key. We did contact APH but it wasn't where they said it should have been left in the car.

On arrival at Manchester airport, I had unfortunately misunderstood the instructions. As a result we had to drive round again in order to give our meet and greeter time to get to the meeting point. He was extremely rude to me and made me feel very Uncomfortable which was not necessary. However, our experience on arrival back in Manchester was a completely different one. Again, I was unclear about where to meet, resulting in a second call for clarification. Our driver, this time, had put the hearing on in the car including the heated seats so the car was warm for us. This was great attention to detail and a very different experience to the drop off at the beginning of our holiday. If both experiences were as good as the second, I would highly recommend APH to everyone I know. Sadly, you can only make a first impression once, and the lasting impression, I hope, doesn’t represent your company standards!
