“Efficient and good value. Staff fiendly and helpful. Fee is not transparent, as there us an additional fee to leave the airport - £6.00. I was also asked to pay the £5 the staff paid to remive my vehicle on arrival day. This should be part of the overall fee. It is not transparent and leads the customer to believe the service is cheaper than it is.”
“Not very VIP, have to pay extra to get in the car park in ‘cash only’ so couldn’t give change, then had to pay to leave the car park when you had already paid to stay there.

“Previously to meet & greet, I have always used drop & go instead. When you book drop and go you do not have to book a specific time of drop off, rather a time frame. When I booked my meet and greet parking I quickly worked out the time I would need to arrive and booked that time. On the morning I was flying, I got a call from APH asking where I was as I was late for my meet and greet time. I apologised and explained that I had put in the earliest time of arrival and I would be there in around another half an hour, the man on the phone explained that this is not how APH work and that they may not be able to fit me in when I arrive. I didn't understand what that meant at the time but seems a strange thing to say as although I was late, I have paid for parking, does this mean there is a chance he would turn me away?
Upon collection of my car I was also told I owed £5 for going through the barriers. I find this very poor service as this is where you are told to go to drop your car off but then you don't cover the bill for driving through the barriers? You should make customers clearly aware that they have to pay for parking and then will have to pay an additional £5 for going through the barriers.
When leaving the car park, the driver gives you a chip to leave, I assume this is meant to be free of charge but on the chip I owed £6.50 for some reason. So I had to pay this to leave the car park
Over all parking cost me an extra £11 which i think is very unfair. I don't think customers should have to pay the barrier costs or costs to exit the car park
I wouldn't use this service again as there was other companies that are cheaper once you consider the extra hidden charges”
“Excellent service but a slight caveat in that they lost my keys which tbh I shouldnt have given them. The delivery and collection were the best I have experienced and they were very apolgetic about the keys, I would recommend and user again.”
“The service was great but no inspection of vehicle on drop off or collection as turn around has to be quick to avoid additional costs in leaving airport parking. This could raise issues in event of any damage claims etc. Also not clear on booking that further costs involved for car to leave airport meet and greet areas. £5 when dropping off and for some reason £6.20 on collection. All adds up.”
